I want to make her lobster. She has been asking for awhile to try it. I don’t like it but maybe she will. Anyway it will fulfill her curiosity.
Any tips on making lobster?

The closest one is an hour away and covid restrictions here only allow take out or delivery for restaurants.

Here in Quebec you can eat in restaurants since last week. I think we are orange zone now so only two ppl from different addresses at the same table. I think you guys too should be in orange zone soon.

I had lobster tails a few months back. I don’t think they are that bad. All you have to do is boil them good I think. Pretty simple to cook. They are kind of a pain to eat because you have break/peel off the shell. Best with Cocktail sauce I think. Some people just eat them with butter though.

Try to put the knife in the head before boiling it… to kill without pain. It’s more humane😶

Are you getting full lobsters are just tails? I’ve never cooked/seen cooked a full live lobster.

Probably the same as lobster tails as far as cooking goes then. Very easy, just boil them and and eat. Easy to cook, hard and slow to eat(because of the shells/exoskeleton, whatever you want to call it).

I love seafood and never had lobster till last year. Had a special on a lobster tail down the Sporto. It was good. I prefer a decent mud crab but hey you only live once.
