My daughter said mom cannot work and cannot make money. She is 8 years old. She said that she was not picky but mom cannot work. I feel so sad.

Remember your daughter is only 8 years old, and even her opinion should not determine who you are and should not dictate your future. Tell her mommy is sick but she will get better and work again.

I quit my job for 5 years. I don’t have a strong background so I can not find a job now. She is kinda of cold-shoulder of mine.

I was denied before. I remember my husband help me apply once.
@bjrpengjing, You can apply again. And this time, get a really good disability lawyer. I would suggest finding out who is the very best disability lawyer in your state and hiring him or her. You will have a much better chance of being awarded your disability. That’s what I did for my son’s disability and it worked! He was awarded within three months.

@bjrpengjing, I think it was contingency based. Meaning the lawyer got a portion, like a third, of the retroactive award.
I see. It means only your application get approved, the lawyer can get paid. right?
