During one hospitalisation a medical student took my history. Halfway through she stands up and says sorry I have an urgent meeting to attend and walks out. She was in the middle of the history.
Reason I know she was freaked out is because when I was medical student we were taught to say the exact same thing if you felt threatened by a patient.
It really upset me that she felt threatened. I did nothing to express that. Bummer
