An opening wasn’t supposed to come up for another 4 months but a lady called me today and told me they have a room available. It’s pretty small; about 291 square feet but it will be all mine; no having to put up with a roommate. Rent will be $786 a month. I’m pretty happy, I haven’t lived alone in 10 years and I’m looking forward to it. I turn in all the paperwork Tuesday (my birthday) and look at the room; I already know I want it.

That’s so awesome @77nick77 I moved into my studio 4 years ago after living with roommates. It’s amazing living alone. My studio is pretty much the same size as that one you’re getting. It’s small, but plenty big enough for one person.
