The trick once you start to exercise is not to push yourself too much. If you push yourself to to your limit you might find that exercise is not enjoyable at all. For example, if you get an exercise bike and go for it straight away, then the idea of getting back on it becomes less than desirable.
Slow and steady wins the race.

I don’t have motivation to exercise, either. It is physically painful to me. I know this contribute to my weight, but I just can’t do it. And I forget to do what exercises I am able to. I don’t know how to remember!
