I had 3 coffees yesterday. If I have more than one I feel dreadful the following day. And I feel dreadful today. Tada ! :tada: :coffee:

I switched back to coffee from caffeine pills as I was abusing the pills, was taking 800mg of caffeine daily, 4x 200mg pills.

drinking coffee is prob more fun than taking caffeine pills i think.

Yes, it tastes better and is more fun. Also much less likely to overdose on caffeine in it.
