More calming with out weight gain

I thought olanzapine was a great medication.
It was calming sedating y the only side effects was the weight gain of 23 kg.

Latuda may be too activating for me with hysteria,anxiety,fear,getting all worked up and tense etc

Is there any medication as calming as olanzapine but without the weight gain?

Quetiapine (marketed as seroquel) maybe. But I had a horrific time on it. I wish Iā€™d never taken it.

Weight gain is individual. I had quite a lot of weight gain the first time I was put on Olanzapine, but nothing on Quetiapine and nothing the second time on Olanzapine. Not sure how that works.
