Moon festival is around the corner

Moon festival is a Chinese festival which is usually around the end of September. This year is about ten day’s earlier. Since the beginning of September, all the grocery shops have been selling Mooncakes of all kinds.

This morning I bought a pack of Mooncakes that were freshly baked by the grocery kitchin. It contains pork minces and onions and gingers, which is very like a baked big dry dumpling. These Mooncakes were just taken out from the oven as they were still hot.

I like a lot of things about China and their culture, history and inventions. I’ve often wanted to live, work and travel there. The mooncakes you got sound so good.

Jelly mooncakes look translucent so are very attractive. I like them either.
