I have a monster appetite on aripiprazole.
I’m going to go on low carb diet from tomorrow to combat this. I know it may sound ironic but I think it will calm down my addictions to carbs by only allowing them from foods not typically known to be starch foods such as carrots bananas avocados pulses.
Fibre in foods is also filling and these are all fibre rich foods

Also if you can regularly excercise this can maybe help somewhat to regulate your appetite

The down side to Clozapine is how hungry you are. On the plus side you can actually exercise. I’m trying to do a bodybuilder type thing cause they eat a ton of food. Eat healthy and workout eventually your body will look how you want it.

Try fasting. I fast every afternoon.
