I will dine on blackened steak tomorrow. Mom said anything on the menu and I haven’t had a good steak in about six months…yayyyyy…she is bringing me my car tag, was going to do it last week but she got tired. nice weather for a visit too…only 88 for a high today and the rest of the week…feeling better about my dad, I posted I was generating hatred for him last week but luckily I am forgiving him daily now and feel much better.

pretty good…have a lot more hope now that we got the hang of living without help from my mom…we don’t eat near as good as we did with the help, but it’s bearable. what about you? @roxanna you said yesterday you thought ppl were yelling at you.?

I’m learning to ignore them… dude helps distract it when he can. Most folks say no one is yelling. So I exercise ignoring. How’s your week starting out juje.
