Am I still schizoaffective if my MMPI says I’m not? I’m not sure what to make of my diagnosis. I’ve been diagnosed by many psychiatrists and have a big mental health history.
Does it matter? You have delusions you can’t shake and it affects your function. It’s all about function anyways and labels are just that. The important thing is keeping on medications.

I just worry that they might not be delusions anymore.
Thus why its a delusion.

if your pdoc diagnosed you then it will still be valid… i think it only changes if your pdoc explicitly diagnoses you differently.
