Cool. I have walked about 6km daily for the last two months. Have lost weight and stopped being diabetic. Walking is a safe bet for weight loss even if on antipsychotic medication. I feel better after walking.
By the way walking 12km daily is extremely impressive and you will lose A LOT of weight doing that. Not many people in the world walk on average more than that daily!
thanks Andy, i include 16km also ive lost 1stone in 8weeks, my main plan is to keep losing weight ive changed my lifestyle with diet change too
