Based on what you have said, I don’t think you have to worry about being hospitalized. And even if you do get hospitalized, it wouldn’t be for more than a few days. They usually don’t keep people who want to be in the world accomplishing things. The fact that you still care about school says a lot about how much you want to stay alive. And you’re not so delusional that you are a danger to yourself or others. You’re perfectly aware that what you are experiencing are just symptoms of a disease.
I don’t know how it works in Sweden specifically, but most European countries are vey against involuntary commitment except in extreme cases. If your sister stayed in a home long term, she probably wanted to stay there. Or else your parents wanted her to stay there.
