Mild sounds

Lately I’ve been hearing mild sounds and I thrill (idk the word in English). I’m scared when I hear this. What should I do? This is a serious/real problem for me. …Help anyone please?

Are you hallucinating? Or are these sounds that are occurring around you in your surroundings? If it’s the latter, I struggle overreacting to sounds in my everyday life. When it gets to be too much, I listen to loud music or pink noise (not everyone’s cup of tea, pink noise, but it’s an option if you want to drown out all other sounds.)

Thank you for saying @Coldcomfort These sounds are like an alarm clock only in the beginning. It’s not like voices, nobody talk. I just hear this and I’m scared when I hear this. But it’s like twice a day and it’s random hours. Thanks again

Not mild lol I mean some sounds. Not frequently sonds more better. I’m afraid to tell my pdoc because she might up my dose of AP and I’m almost on highest dose

Do you think there might be something else your pdoc can do to help with the sounds? She could help find a better med or a complimentary one.

I know I always push pdocs and keeping up with the meds. But I know the meds suck and not all doctors give a crap. But, for me, the horrible nature of those things are much better than me losing control again.
