Migraine advice

Do you have migraine advice? I had a mini stroke last year and it triggered severe migraines. I was hospitalized last week for treatment as I had one that lasted two weeks. I’m on medications for them but the doctors want me to work on triggers. They said I need to reduce stress, get more sleep and increased my gabapentin including being on Ajovy injection and Nurtec. I drink caffeine all day but it makes me jittery after a while. Reducing stress is really hard to do and I struggle with getting normal sleep. My blood sugars swing a lot, either high or low. So I don’t know where to start and what else I can do to help the migraines go away faster. I noticed when I get them that my hallucinations are bothersome. Like has anyone tried the neuro therapy treatments? They also recommended CBT.

have you tried having someone get behind you and clench/ grip your collar muscles and hold it while thirty seconds? we carry a lot of stress right there…and it is a physical therapy trick for headaches…good luck..how very sad.
