i have to talk to my partner but her uncle offered us to buy his house for 550 a month. he might have to wait till the old tenants move out through the court system because her uncle is trying to kick the tenants out for not paying a waste management fee and paying the rent

i hope it does too, he just doesn’t want the house anymore. it needs some work but we could be saving quite of money if we move and we would need her dad’s and uncles help to fix the place up. its technically was a duplex at first but the present tenants knocked down a wall that separated the two parts of the house.
If you decide to do it, get your agreement in writing!
