aw guys…it’s really a tie…both quissessential bands to get metal on the boards…love both bands equally but I voted for Metallica because they are a lot more influential for their name.

I’m a big fan of Metallica. Never heard anything from Megadeath, but I would like to.

I remember he song, Symphony of Destruction. The lead singer of Megadeth used to be the lead guitarist for Metallica. I had to look that up because I remember the lead singer had something to do with another famous band.

I prefer Metallica

There’s something about Megadeaths sound that I don’t like

Same for Iron Maiden. The shrill in the vocals feels like my brain is being battered

Think it was the tempo and riffs Megadeath has but it has been a very long time since I bothered to listen to it

Says a lot when music is so easily available these days
