I’m a metalhead, but I don’t like thrash. Never could get into Metallica or Megadeth, never listened to Testament. I’m also not really a fan of death metal or black metal. Then again it’s ridiculous how many genres metal gets split into these days.
Edit: I saw Lorna Shore at a recent festival, and they were great, even if they would fall under the category of death metal.

I listen to both but I haven’t hard testament for ages. I remember they were amazing. I’ll put my vote for both.
