I can’t even get a thought in, sometimes it can be constant voices. Sometimes I feel life is completely deterministic because of all of the coincidences my mind finds. When I was younger I just did things or had minimal thought. Now I have a mind that’s never at rest. And I have psoriasis, constant itching. My mind and my body suffers. It feels like hell sometimes.
I can appreciate that, because I was reading up on how Metacognition is affected for schizophrenia and it’s truly impaired - man it makes me feel so ■■■■■■■ stuck at the moment
