He is very nice and knowledgeable. I was super nervous and got confused sometimes. He asked that I try to go for a 10 minute walk each day once the snow and ice are gone. My daughter said she will walk with me.
My mental health worker got a number for me to call about volunteering at a new animal shelter that just opened up. May be a good fit. Not sure what would be expected of me.
