If you feel very robotic, almost like your conscious has a synced clock, try mess up your clock a bit - to have a bit more human mental state. Then shake your head a bit. A bit off-timing training every now and then, can help you to get some old dimensions back, you had before your SZ.
A bad diet is my heart w the swing at 75. I like my circadian junk though, i woke up to go skate at 430 am without an alarm for like a week and managed it none times bc no energy. My system has a child at the reins of its tempo knob anyway
