is the psychiatrists office one of the only places
that refuse to see you again if you miss two appointments,
sometimes, One appointment?

I count on that phone call, reminding me.
Do the pdocs assistants normally contact you to remind you ?
yeah. I believe it’s an automated message.
they used to send letters, and I said, save your stamp and paper. ha.
My daughter forgot to see a dentist twice and they punted her.
wow! what kind of profiling is this? figure you’re not on the ball,
well yeah, I’m not always on the ball! it probably all comes down to money. geez.
In addition to phone calls, I also get emails. I actually think if you confirm in your email they don’t call you…I’m not sure …cause sometimes I get phone call reminders and sometimes emails.
never gotten an email, but it would be nice, since I’m mostly on laptop, and me and the phone typically disagree. except pics, and texts.
I always opt for an email reminder, when that’s a choice for a medical or dental appointment. I feel like I’m more likely to see the reminder that way.
I didn’t mean for this post to get off my original comment.
There are online psychiatrists, especially during these lockdown times. Maybe more comfortable.
I refuse to attend my pdoc appointments and refuse medication the police come and get to.
my pdoc sends a mail before i have to go again.
I use Cozi calendar. It’s a phone app that will remind you before appointments etc.
