Memories you don't know how you have them

Ever since starting medication I didn’t experience any deja vu kind of feeling of familiarity.
But I have sometimes the feeling of “wait a second” I think I remember this but it happened for the first time - how is it possible? Where do I remember this from? Has it already happened before? Can I fill in more details? But usually I can’t fill in more details. And sometimes the “wait a second” doesn’t happen right when it happens but at some later point.

Do you think it is aging or the medication?

IDK. I had amnesia and deja vu at the same time.
