I had Persian Lamb Stew with rice once at a restaurant, but it tasted so mild. Almost like mud. Not sure what plant they used in it the stew though.
I was hoping for something more spicy and exotic.
The flavor was very unique though. I think I still like it.
I think it was called Ghormeh Sabzi.
