When is it possible to go on a date and tell the person you’re going out with that you have a sz diagnosis? It’s something I’ve had problems with.

Working is more important than having a mental illness. Its possible to have a date while having sz.
Personally, I wouldn’t tell my partner that I have sz unless she asks or if she discovers it somehow.
