Meditated today

Meditated this morning at 3:00 am. Predicted my day will go good.

No delusions so far. Fingers crossed.

That’s a practice that I need to get back into. I seem to fine myself more grounded when I do. How long have you been practicing meditation?

can a person on psychosis meditate…???
i tried before .i could;t stay still…
but i will push myself…
i am in medication…#
now i am stable…
from tomorrow i am joinig dynamic meditation by osho lets see how much it will help me…

which type of meditation r u following …can u reveal that

I have psychosis since the past 7 months.

I was hospitalized for 4 days where I was intra-venually given Antipsychotics round the clock.

Apart from that I havent taken any Meds.

Currently I am not on Meds.

I do Osho’s Insight Meditation/Mindfulness.

  1. Extremely important to Meditation FIRST THING in the morning BEFORE starting any other thing.

  2. Better to start Meditation before 5:00 am for MAX benefits.

  3. Meditate atleast for 30 minutes if not more. Meditating for 1 hour + and more than that would have immense results.

  4. It is very important to be consistent and keep the routine every day for Max benefits.
