The social media thing is more for people with physical disabilities.
You can’t see mental disability.
Still I think I am targeted and monitored too but it doesn’t bother me as much anymore.
You seem like you still struggle too much with this. I would see your doctor about an adjustment.

Nobody will put you in jail or torture you, you’ve done nothing wrong.

Not right now, but I can talk to my case manager today
