I’m back to being super anxious about the government. They are going to look at Facebook accounts to catch fraud. The men must have told them I keep in touch with family on FB. Now they’re going to put me in prison because the men told them to. I’m totally freaked out.

Try not to worry so much, i know it is hard.
Try to refocus your mind on happy thoughts as best as you can.
No, they will not get you for fraud.
How long ago was the last time you upped your meds?
A month ago so they’re not helping my anxiety anymore
Maybe try to make an appointment with your counselor.
Sometimes unfortunately the meds when you first take them can sometime initially make your more anxious. Not sure if this may be part of the issue or not.
If you can’t get ahold of your counselor, definately call you psychiatrist.

There are a billion people on Facebook. There is a very remote possibility.
With that many people on Facebook, it is extremely improbable that the government would be looking at you. There are not that many people working for the government on such things.

Before I found a good dose I would have relapses after a week of new doses so maybe you just need an adjustment

Really? The new dose didn’t make the men go away but it did help with anxiety. But I’m super freaked about it.
