My med clinic appointment went well. She said I made a 180. She said my face was brighter. I didn’t tell her about having a few bad nights

I did a 180 degree change. Something like that. Just basically means I was the complete opposite of last time i saw her

It’s 4am here! My daughter woke me up at 3am looking for the stuffed animal she sleeps with! Now, I can’t get back to sleep!

How long and how many restless nights do you give it before you tell your doctor?

I’ll tell at my next appointment. If it gets really bad I’ll make an appointment. I’ve been told it’s really important that people with sz get a good nights rest every night.

Yeah that’s what the med clinic doctor said. I finally fell asleep about three thirty or four. I drank some coffee and started cleaning.
