I said meatloaf bc it’s easier and cheaper. And it still tastes good.

I have the ribs in the freezer when I bought a bunch on sale. And I just bought the ground beef yesterday. I’m trying to be better with using what I have before I buy. And I love them both!

Do you put a boiled egg in your meatloaf? Darn it. Now I want meatloaf tomorrow. I’m not a big meat eater but tomorrow may be the exception.

I dont like meatloaf. Not the dish or the singer so I voted for ribs. I haven’t had some good baby back ribs in a while.

I had ribs tonight. I eat them out because my wife doesn’t like them. I make a mean meatloaf though. My wife loves my meatloaf. I put 2 eggs a full onion and about 4 pieces of chunks of bread with a packet of McCormick meatloaf seasoning and 2 pounds of lean ground beef.

What’s your recipe?

It is really good. I cook it longer than what’s recommended though because the wife likes well done meat.

Can’t forget the ketchup on top

I use about 1.5 lbs ground beef. One large egg. Bread crumbs. Garlic plus seasoning. Dehydrated onion flakes. Salt and pepper. Brushed with bbq sauce. Bake at least one hour. Internal temp of 165

I made meatloaf tonight. I also put BBQ sauce on mine. It’s the best in the whole world.
