I am beginning to think I am sensitive to preservatives in bread way more than I am sensitive to gluten. I bought some really fresh 9 grain bread from the bakery yesterday and my stomach and arthritis feels way better today.
It makes sense I guess because preservatives probably kill off good bacteria in my gut which I suspect throws my body and nerves way out of kilter.
If nothing else, at least I have another knob to tweak on this illness and for my health in general.
