It’s mainly my sister. She acts like it’s a chore to talk to me. Rarely does anyone call me. I’m thinking I should just stop calling, and let them call me.
Some people don’t like talking on the phone maybe you could try texting her sometime
Well I’ve been texting her when she doesn’t answer. Most of the time she doesn’t text back.
Oh I see I’m sorry that really sucks I would find someone else to talk to
Do you ask her about her day? Interested is interesting.
Yes, I ask her all the time.
Sounds like my brother.
You are not alone with this.
Thanks Wave. 151515
Don’t call if you’re in a place in your heart where you can’t handle rejection. But if you’re too lonely, just call so you can connect with someone
Thanks Pianogal. I think I’m going to back off and let people call me for a while.
I too have friends who don’t usually call but they answer my calls and we have nice chats. Sometimes I feel like I’m too boring but hey not everyone is Jim Carrey lol.
Thanks Andrey. 15
Keep your contacts’ phone numbers, is my only advice.
I wasn’t organized on that, and went into the water with my phone. Now I have no choice but to wait for people to call first and many never did.
You are right. All my contacts are on my phone, and I haven’t thought about losing it. Maybe I should write them down.
That’s what happened to me. I messed up with my phone and lost all my contacts. Now the only persons number I have other than family is my ex.
Thanks greenlight.
@Tmont we don’t allow that type of talk here.
Nobody ever calls me first. It isn’t because they don’t like me. It’s because I’m the lone extrovert in a sea of socially anxious introverts. It used to make me insecure, but I know now that my friends and family like hearing from me. They just rely on me being the one to do the scary part and call them.
Our family address book is stored via Google Contacts. We simply add the family account to any of our phones and contacts, calendars, and photos all come back.
No one calls me now, they text or email. I’ve made it pretty clear to all how much I hate voice convos.
