May 2017 31 Day Diet/Exercise Challenge

ive lost my motivation… it lasted whole three days this time…
i dont know what to do anymore

ill do my best to run tomorrow and eat cleanly but no promises

I’m doing physical exercises but I broke with my diet. I hope I lost 0.5kg anyway.

i like the richard simmons attitude – don’t diet just exercise and watch calories.

I can’t stop eating. I feel disgusting lately.

On the good side I am getting exercise every day. I’m seeing some changes to my body as a result of it.

Yesterday we went kayaking for 5 hours. Made it 7.8 miles with a lit of stops to talk and bob around. Sorry no pics, my camera battery died. Not too many boats considering the holiday weekend in the canal. The locks and dams are so cool.

ive lost a few kilos
and thats fine with me because this may was rather hectic period in my life
im already planning for june july and august

oh and i think lamotrigine is killing my appetite since ive started it but its too early to say for sure
