Master a minor victory if you want to change your mood

I just thought Id post that little philosophy to help others. I used to read a fair few of those self help books and I thought this one was a good one. You know when your form and mood is having a hard time, the book basically advised to try to master a minor victory. You know, you can change your mood/form if you attempt something you know you can master…so keep it in mind “Master a minor victory”

Anyone else with good philosophies they picked up over the years…Id be interested, so maybe post it here…


I’m so constipated it would be a major victory to have a bowel movement. If I’d just give myself the patience and the time.
