so, i’m high. soft music is in the background, snacking on carrots. feeling very zen at the moment. there is no wrong. there is no wrong. there is no right. there is no right. yin yang comes to mind. breathe in, slowly exhale through to your stomach. push your breath til your muscles constrict then inhale and repeat.

I was. Not anymore however. I had two hallucinations yesterday, one visual and one auditory. A big indicator to stop for the time being.
