What does the white hat symbolize? Nevermind I just wiki’d it http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Student_cap. Do students still wear them? I’m trying to picture Americans wearing these, LOL.
Actually people who have graduated from different schools, law schools, technological universities and so on wear these hats. You would not be surprised to see some politicians walking around tomorrow with these hats.
