Feel awful again. Have just closed all the curtains and have gone to bed. Have got psychology on Thursday but there is no way I can go.

Maybe try to push yourself to do the opposite of what you are feeling like doing. If you feel like closing the curtains and going to bed. Then open the curtains and get up and do something. This is a technique I learned from DBT. It works, helps make you feel better. Clears the cobwebs.
Can you know what you are scared of? The psych prof scare you? Don’t forget that everybody has problems even if they try to come off as smoothys.
