I had a heating engineer coming round which must have set me off. Just feel totally nervous

Sorry to hear you’re dealing with the anxiety. I definitely know how it is. Maybe if you just take it easy it will ease up some.
I also finished reading Dune last night. Finally. It took a while but it was a really good book. Thanks for putting me onto it @anon94176359!
