Saw my sister, had a Coke with a friend, had a shower, read my book then watched an hour long tv program. If you told me yesterday I would achieve this today I wouldn’t have believed you.

Do you feel better when you’ve just had your depot and worse when it starts to “run out” so to speak?
Totally. My actual nurse warned me this tends to happen with this depot. Was thinking of asking to get it every three weeks instead of four?
It might be worth getting it every 3 weeks then… glad you had a good day. Mine wasn’t too bad either.
