It stops bleeding overnight but reopens when I stand on it when I wake up.
Get some band aids and antibiotic ointment and try dressing it with that. If that doesn’t work go to a doctor and get some stronger antibiotics from him. Your feet are very important. Take good care of them.

You might need that looked at… there are also gel plasters available… but i would get that looked at before doing anything.
