Making cues for habits

I am trying to stack or group some habits together so I automatically remember to do them.

One thing i did was put a pretty quartz stone in my car that i often see and touch when i am parked or at a stop light. I try to think of something to be grateful for each time i hold the stone, even if it is just noticing how nice and smooth the stone is.

Another new cue/habit i thought of today was to do diaphramatic breathing after going to the bathroom.

I think i need to set up alerts on my phone to take my meds at a fixed time each day because i have been inconsistent lately.

I need to set up some good rewards too for some chores i still hate doing like mopping and laundry. I am thinking tomorrow if i mop the kitchen and bathroom i will reward myself by going to the arcade.
