Try and break it down and do one at a time over several periods.
Sooner you start the less anxious and over whelming it will feel.
I totally despice chores.
Never do them.
My mom does.
If it makes you feel better I put off returning some clothes for so long that if I waited a few more days In pretty sure they could deny me.
I’m feeling unmotivated today (and yesterday) too. I agree with breaking it down. Do a chore, then stop for 20 minutes, then do another chore etc. you can do this!
