Magnesium gummies

I think I may have been suffering from deficiency in magnesium. I have been feeling much better since I started using low dose magnesium supplements in the form of gummies. I don’t seem to get chronic headaches as often and get to sleep earlier and my stomach feels better. I have also been limiting my caffeine which helps a lot too. I still sometimes wake up in the middle of the night but don’t seem to get a sinus headache as often and usually fall back asleep after awhile if I don’t take any caffeine.

I usually take one or two gummies in the evening. They seem more gentle than the melatonin I was taking and way better on my heart than the valium the doctor prescribed.

It’s another tweak for my mental and physical health, but seems like a very good one. I will have to look up to see how the biochemistry of magnesium works since I never realized how it could be a problem in my diet.
