Love costs money

Life takes effort. Money is a system for exchanging and banking effort, and a rather imperfect one at that. Also, anyone who says, “all you need is love” obviously hasn’t experienced the marital stress that comes from being flat-ass broke.

Yeah, I kind of liked that one myself.

ok lets put it like this perhaps…

Love is free, its a physilogical and spiritual bond between two people. That being said, entertaining such a bond usually entails the use of some physical objects like food, a shelter, flowers, sometimes services…as tokens of ones appreciation…not neccisarily manditory, but since we all usually have enough resources its nice to give and recieve these things

“Ain’t nothing more expensive than free.”

“Buy some love at the five and dime,
A little bit of love from the counter store,
Get it on credit if you need some more.”

(Lennox/Stewart)

Our system is based on money. Assuming i found love at the charity institutions i still need money to rent a place to live.
