I was so happy to see my mini rose plants growing back and there is like at least 5 new roses but the stems are covered with very tiny mini bugs 
I don’t know what to do My friend told me to spray Windex on all the plants so the bugs will die completely. I just did that twice but not sure how to remove them
SO SAD!
I think you need to buy some lady bugs, don’t use poison.

Honestly I am on my nerves. I could poison the plants and then flush them down the toilet.

These little tiny brown dots are all bugs 
They are just a bud not fully grown…preety flowers tho…
