I lost a lot some weight but I feel weird my stomach is all soft and flabby and my arms are getting skinny

I think the healthy thing is a kg a week so 2.2lbs. That is roughly a healthy weight loss. It depends on person and diet but that is a good guideline!
How are you eating? Starvation can do strange things so don’t do that! Keep eating healthy and keep on eye on portion control and exercise…
If your worried…see a regular general practioner. ie a normal doctor!
