Back in October, I spent time at a mental health center (not gonna mention the name) and I ended up losing like 10 pounds or so. Talk about strange. I usually weigh in between 285 and 295. After leaving there, I ended up in the 270 somethin’ range. It’s even stranger because I had 3 meals a day each day. Does anybody have a similar experience?
Weight loss is all about metabolism. The more you move the more you burn off. So might just be a case of being more active while you were at the clinic. Doing whatever you were doing there. Doesn’t take much, even standing compared to sitting burns of more calories. .
I find I lose weight when I’m more active too. Part of the reason is because if I’m outside my home, I’m not snacking constantly or drinking(not alcohol) constantly.
