Loser or not

I Saw recently a Boy who was very loser, academic faillier and fat and he tottaly changed.

Now is Slim and he has a chemstry master.

This story is an excellent example of overcoming and determination! Significant life changes often require effort, discipline, and a positive attitude.

I want this in my life. I need to stop to making excuses and start to fight and believe um Higher goals for my life.

What do you want to achieve?

I disagree. It’s not because someone is fat and an academic failure that they are a loser.

There are always exceptions. I don’t mean to agree with them, but they are this society standards.

But I looked it up. He did finish college after dropping out initially in a different school and has lost weight.

So. I just seem to disagree with societies’ standards. lol @dreamer54

Edit: I do think that labeling someone as loser is an oversimplification.

Even though it is poltically incorrect to discriminate against fat people, everyone knows exactly what the poster means by the statement. But at the same time she could have said skinny weakling too.

I feel that most of the things you listed are kinda abstract. Maybe you can try to set specific goals?

Like I want to socialize with at least 1 person irl each week, instead of I want to be more sociable.

I want to do 150 min a week of light cardio (NHS recommendation), instead of I want to be more active

You are correct.

I can be more specific:
Want to have more neutral position about problems on work. (Moth shut sometimes)

Want to talk more with friends

To have compassion with my boyfriend, don’t be so naggy.

Do more execise e better food.

I want to BE efective on my work. To have faith and make that happen. To do a Nice work. Searching for solutions first and not pointing the wrong things that are happening.

Resume:
Do 20min or 40min every sunday.
Do doméstic work without complainig so much or procastinating.
Do my work well and being neutral are work, smile and say that’s all ok. Don’t speak too loud.
I have really to stop making excuses about my personily be like it is or about thing i didnt do because of laziness

Of course. He has success on life. He was not a loser for sure.

He could be drug addicted ou alcooholic. (Kind of losers, at least until the point where decide to Change and be healthy) But he is not.

I was loser once. I overcome that.

People dont have to be losers the intire life.

Its my point lf view

It’s sort of harsh to call loser, because only someone who can win can be a loser. If someone is handicapped and can’t succeed they are not a loser. But someone who can win who does not is a loser. I think of someone who can win and does not as a kind of winner in some respects. So loser is not the greatest thing to call someone.

You know people will buy cough syrup that doesn’t cause high blood pressure, it’s special cough syrup, they worry their blood pressure will go up, so they spend a few dollars to get this magic low blood pressure cough medicine that the doctor recommends for people with high blood pressure. They google it to make sure they get the right one and they read the label to double check that it doesn’t raise blood pressure. Then, they’ll drink one or two cups of coffee. I think the half life for coffee is a good amount of hours, the effects stay in your system. The world is an interesting place.

Does coffee increase blood pressure? Does that make them losers? I don’t get it.

It’s about how we’re all hypocrites in the end.
