I recently removed all digital clocks from my comfort zone. My linux operating system has no clock on the desktop either.
Only clock I use is an analog one on the wall with only an hour hand.
Close to a feeling of timeless bliss with this setup.
I dont know if you remember the user darksith, but he said anxiety is of the future, depression is of the past. So to be present you can remain neutral.
