This might sound irrelevant to you but I think a lot of it is because we were fed cows milk as little children. It’s my idea, take it or leave it. I’m taking it.
No. I make my own soy milk. I am a believer in dementia being caused by giving cow’s milk to infants. I know it’s a radical idea but it’s an idea that won’t leave me alone.

I never really drank milk as a kid but was always a little different. Remember bad ocd on the playground in first grade even so I didn’t drink milk till way, way later…

I drank alot of milk when growing up.
Dont know if it"s good or bad. But I dont do it anymore.
